REGISTRATION PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE COMPLETION OF THE FORM.
If you choose to use the auto debit form, please complete it by 10/15 and note that if you have a credit card on file from a previous year it WILL NOT carry over. A new form needs to be completed annually.
