Summer Showcase-PERFORMANCE DETAILS:
· Saturday July 16th 10:30 am (Rain Date is July 17th).
· Performance to take place in the Bearfort Shopping Village Lawn area, outside the dance studio to the right.
· Parents should be prepared to bring their own lawn chair or blankets to sit on during performance
Performance Fee/Guest Request Form
· Each family will be required to pay a $15.00 performance fee. This includes your child’s performance and an unlimited number of tickets for guests to attend the show! A Guest Request Form will be sent to everyone a few weeks into camp which will request a number of how many guests plan to attend. We will distribute wrist bands the week prior to the show which must be worn by all guests to grant attendance.
Donations
· We will be accepting donations for the summer performance for the dancers! This includes:
o Waters
o Juice Boxes
o Individual Snack Bags (goldfish, chips, pretzels, veggie straws, etc)
o Granola Bars
· If you would like to donate anything, please let us know!
